Can anyone provide me with the following abstract or guide me on where I can find this:

I just wanted to know, with respect to abstracts, does the same need to be put in the regional language, or will abstracts in the English language also suffice when displayed at retail shops?

We do not have any special Act or provisions for the exhibition of abstracts of different Acts & Rules for retail shops. We need to first examine which Acts are applicable to your establishment/shop, e.g., The Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, etc., and then refer to your applicable State Rules to find out the specific rule that directs us for the exhibition of abstracts of the Act & Rules. These related Rules specify the language(s) in which we are to display the abstracts and where they are to be displayed.

In general, I suggest displaying all abstracts in English as per the requirements of the different applicable Acts. If the law enforcement agency requires display in any other language, then also exhibit the abstracts in that language for compliance purposes.

I want:
• Abstract Act of Standing Order in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. (Central Rule)
• Abstract of the Mines Act in Gujarati and Hindi. (Central Rule)
• Abstract of the Factory Act in Gujarati and Hindi. (Central Rule)
