Need Help Creating an Addendum for a Non-Compete Agreement – Any Samples to Share?

Is it necessary to mention all the clauses in the addendum as stated in the source document, or only the modifications that are made?

Hi Giridhar,

This is my email id: SravanthiNarayan@in.com. We signed a Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) with the vendor, but he is not okay with the pre-existing and holding clause. He is asking to sign the NCA as it is. Later, we had a discussion, and he requested us to send an addendum with necessary modifications. Now, my query is, should I mention only the necessary modifications in the addendum? If not, please help me out with some solutions.

Dear All,

I have added the clause of not joining a competitor within 1 year after leaving our company in the appointment letter. However, this clause only covers my new joinees. What should I do for those who are already in the system? What mode should I adopt to communicate this clause to them?
