You can use this policy as "Anti Sexual Harassment Policy". Do not use sexual harassment policy. Pls find attached a format and desired input.I have designed this policy for my organization.

In addition to Sexual Harassment Policy,there are some companies who has "Verbal/Physical Harassment Policy" in existence. I would like to have a look on that too if any of you have the same.
