Minimum Number of Employees Required for Committee

1. Companies having more than 10 employees must form an ICC; however, an organization with fewer than 10 employees may form an ICC at their discretion.

Committee Members in MNCs

2. There is no restriction on having a foreigner as a member of the ICC, as long as the member is an employee of the organization (from the same office).

After forming the ICC and the policy, does it require to be registered with the Local Complaints Committee? I need to have an urgent reply.

The members of the ICC are, in fact, employees of the company, except for one external member who can be from an NGO, legal background, or has worked on the subject of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace. There is no need to register the ICC with the LCC, as both bodies have different jurisdictions.
