New HR Role: How Should I Train Supervisors on Staff Performance Assessment?

kudra
I have just started this new job as an HR professional a few months ago. The management has tasked me with training all the supervisors on how to assess the performance of the staff. Please, I need ideas on what I should teach them.

Dear Kundra,

Training needs of supervisors will emerge from measures of their performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your supervisors, prepare the training calendar, execute the training program, and ensure that positive change takes place. However, my services are paid. Please obtain permission from your management, and then we can proceed with this project. You can inform them that handling this task requires a lot of maturity and cannot be done like a novice, as in your case.

To familiarize you with my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this message.

Thanks,

Dinesh V Divekar
