I Want To Start A Business Of Call Center In Mira Road, Mumbai.

I have a fully furnished & fully Air Conditioned office in Mira Road, Mumbai with sitting arrangement of 12 peoples, 2 computers with triband connection, a 4 in 1 Printer, a web domain and some cash in my hand.

Business runs on four assets viz, physical assets, human assets, financial assets and knowledge assets.

You have mentioned only the first asset i.e. physical assets. What about the other three? The most important of all the four are knowledge assets. Business is not just money at hand or money requirement in future.
