Excellent, thanks for sharing a very useful PPT on domestic enquiry. One point I would like to emphasize here is that the copy of the charge sheet can also be sent to the residential address under Certificate of Posting along with the Regd. A/D. Post, which, anyhow, the postman has to hand over at the residential address. The MR of the Company can present the proof of sending it by Certificate of posting in the Domestic Enquiry, which is a valid document.

Ok. The subsistence allowance percentage was not mentioned in the said PowerPoint file during suspension pending inquiry. It would have been better if it had been included.
