Any training method or tool is good as long as it increases revenue or decreases operational expenditure. Please remember what the former Premier of China, Mao Tse Tung, used to say, "I am not interested in the color of the cat as long as it catches the mice."
At times, NLP becomes a trap in itself. I found NLP trainers are so obsessed with this tool that they don't give much importance to the revenue aspect of the training program - a classic case of missing the wood for the trees.
