Before you evaluate performance of the staffs working at warehouse and transportation department, have you devised their KPIs? If yes then have you conducted training for them on the KPIs? If the training is conducted then have they understood the challenges while meeting their performance standards or KPIs? Have you found out competencies required to meet those performance standards or KPIs?
Merely jumping to performance evaluation will not suffice the purpose. If you do it, then it will be slipshod approach and it will do more harm than good.
I do conduct the training on performance management through KPI/KRA. If you wish, then I will conduct training for your company staffs as well.
