Before you evaluate the performance of the staff working in the warehouse and transportation department, have you devised their KPIs? If yes, have you conducted training for them on the KPIs? If the training has been conducted, have they understood the challenges they may face while meeting their performance standards or KPIs? Have you identified the competencies required to meet those performance standards or KPIs?
Merely jumping to performance evaluation will not serve the intended purpose. Doing so would be a slipshod approach and could do more harm than good.
