Minimum Wage Rates for Scheduled Employments

Minimum rates of wages are fixed or revised by the State Government under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, for different scheduled employments. If your factory is covered under any of these employments, you must implement the rates of wages as shown against that employment. Current minimum rates of wages for Maharashtra State are available at the site paycheck.in. Utilize the information.

Dear all, please go through the minimum rates of wages notification issued by your appropriate government in respect of your scheduled employment and see whether any bifurcation in these rates is allowed or not, and if allowed, under which of the heads. Rates of wages remain the same for direct and indirect employment of workers.
