In Noida, you are to follow UP State Rules. You should also adhere to the State Acts and their rules applicable to your company.

Dear Sonia, The Government of NCT Delhi has again made it compulsory to register shops and establishments under the Delhi Shops Act. Previously, the provision of registration was kept in abeyance. Therefore, please apply for registration.

Yes, it became mandatory to register all shops and commercial establishments situated in Delhi after the notification in November 2009 by the Delhi Government. Non-registration leads to prosecution and will result in penalties.

Utilize the site of the Delhi Labour Department to obtain information on these leaves.
