Considering that, it is an original contribution, I commend the efforts. In slide #4 and 5, the first line should be added to the sub-heading to make it meaningful; viz.:

Slide #4: "Performance Management Not Linked to organizational performance:"
Slide #5: "Performance Management Linked to organizational performance:"
