Hi, I am working on a project about employee engagement. Here are the objectives:

Primary Objective: To find out the level of employee engagement.

Secondary Objectives:
1. To analyze if employee engagement has an impact on attrition.
2. To find out the relationship between employee engagement and productivity.
3. To analyze the relationship between employee engagement and absenteeism.
4. To find out whether an increase in employee engagement has an impact on employee satisfaction.

Please search the web using keywords from your secondary objectives and read scholarly articles to see what others have done, how, and why they did it that way. The authors may be willing to provide a copy if you write to them. Then, you may find a few questionnaires that you may have to combine to suit your needs.
