I am gonna join a Tours and Travels company as Hr Executive as of now there is no HR department as such. There are 350 employees are working till date. Company has got branches across the globe. Now the owner of the company has decided to go prfessional and he wants HR department to be set up in its Pune property.
The challenege for me is to set up everything from grass root level. Can you suggest me hw to go about? Is thr any HR Policies mannual/personnel mannual with u ppl just for reference? Can i get tours n travels company' HR policies mannual?
