Guidance In Starting A Software Training Institute

Hi all,

I am currently planning to start a software training institute in Hyderabad in Ameerpet. I am a Sun Certified Consultant (SCJP 96%, SCWCD 94%, SCBCD 98%) and have recently returned from the USA. The technologies that I am planning to offer include Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB), Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), Struts, Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, and soft skills training (interviews, communication, etc).

I would like to know the best policies to follow in the initial stages of operation, as well as teaching and practice methods that will help me in the starting stages. Additionally, any insights on marketing methods and demo strategies to attract students and job seekers would be greatly appreciated.
