I can help you with a diagram which is very easy to understand as to how you can create KRA's & Key Tasks areas.For your understanding I have selected a HR Manager's role as this will suit you better to understand the basic fundamentals clearly.Intrestingly or in lighter way you should question yourself as why KRA-Kyon Rahena Hai Aapko is department mein.The moment you ask this term, one by one KRA's will start coming out.
