Need Help with KRA Format for a Start-Up: Any Suggestions or Templates?

Can somebody help in sharing a KRA format? I work for a start-up company and I am involved in setting up HR processes. Please help me.

I can help you with a diagram that is very easy to understand on how to create KRAs and Key Task Areas. For your better understanding, I have selected the role of an HR Manager as this will help you grasp the basic fundamentals clearly. Interestingly, or in a lighter way, you should question yourself as to why KRA - Kyon Rahena Hai Aapko in this department. The moment you ask this question, KRAs will start to emerge one by one.
