What Monthly and Annual Returns Do We Need to File Under the Shops and Establishment Act?

Please let me know the list of monthly return and annual returns to be filed under the Shops and Establishment Act. Ours is a software company having 15 employees.

Formats of annual and half-yearly returns are provided in the Rules and not in the Act. First, examine which is your appropriate Government, i.e., Central Or State. If State, then which State, and then go through those Rules for having these formats.
