Please let me know the formate of Annual & Half yearly return, under Contract labour Regulation and Abolition Act,1970

Dear Srimanta,
Formats of annual & half yearly returns are provided in the Rules & not in the Act.First examine which is your appropriate Govt. i.e. Central Or State & if State then which State & then go through those Rules for having these formats.
