Mr. Mayank has provided a great info of sourcing, you can follow any of those.Better you list out your competitors and advertise to the employees there that you people are having openings in your company, like spreading pamplets, post the job in free job portals,post it in orkut and promote it, post it in linkedln and other as such. You need to do tie-ips with the private institutes were medical transcription courses are taught. You would get their students placed free with your company.

You can do this:
1. You can search free cv's through Naukri portal. Go to the recruiter column on right hand side of homepage and u'll find the option right there.
2. Google for free Job portals to get resumes.
3. Make use of your social networks.
4. Ask employees to provide references.
5. Post a job through free Job posting sites. (shine is one of them)
