Dear Jawant Pawar,
What mission and vision you have for your company. Would advise you to draft policies based on that. Just drafting the policies for the heck of it wont help you or your organisation. Keeping in mind the staff you have hired what would work best for them aligning them with the company objectives and targets design them.
