Is PGDBA(HR) Equal To MBA(HR)

HI
i am doing PGDBA and selected elective as HR,is PGDBA equal to MBA?can i expect growth with PGDBA in future?and also which line will be good in HR like Recruting or payroll etc.if Any other courses will go well with PGDBA let me know.im working in a MNC company as a associate since 8 months.

Dear Rafi,
A PGDBA is equal to MBA regardless of the specialization you take. In fact, all IIMs offer only PGDBA, not MBA, programmes. Do ensure, though, that the university is accredited from the appropriate accreditating body.

pgdba is qual to mba , if u know that iims also give pgdba instead of mba degree because univeristy is eligible to give degree. so dont worry and it will help u, people do distance learning and get benefits from it.. knowledge is important with your diploma just increse your knowledge becz knowledge will give you better future growth and all this..
