I'm a HR Manager in Dubai.
Here we are starting a training section and a few positions are earmarked for people from the subcontinent.Starting salaries are about 60,000rs PM all inclusive with raises given after confirmation.People with GCC exp are given preference.
Department: Human Resources/ Training and Development
Title: Administrative Executive
Location: Dubai
The role of the incumbent will be to handle various administrative activities related to Training and Development Section and supports and assists in the planning, execution and administration of various training courses/sessions conducted by the Training and Development Section abiding by policies and procedures. Some of the main tasks are:
1. Maintain required Databases and best administrative practices.
2. Handle clients registrations including courses, e-learning courses, online registrations...etc
3. Maintain training section filing in a timely manner and ensure documentation is up to date.
4. Assist in marketing efforts, exhibitions, programs and all other training related events.
5. Make effective use of sufficient marketing tools like SMS, Email Shots, phone calls, faxes…etc for advertising courses, events, or activities as assigned.
6. Demonstrate high quality and customer service standards with both internal and external clients.
7. Maintain high quality follow up procedures with both clients andStaff including registrations, inquiries, complaints and feedback.
8. Manage and Work on project teams for any projects related to the training section.
9. Assist in creating training materials, handouts and powerpoints.
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree.
Skills: Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees and clients, very good communications skills in English and Arabic both orally and in writing, must be able to prepare and maintain basic records and reports, must have some experience in coordinating or delivering soft skills training programs and a good knowledge of MS Office.
