Hi,

I have a doubt in the latter explanations. What is the minimum period one has to work to be eligible for EL? If he joined on 1st Nov and worked for 43 days. According to the explanations, he is eligible for 2 days of EL. Is this correct? Can anyone send me the link for this rule?
