Are Contract Laborers Paid the Same Minimum Wages as Regular Workers in Rajasthan?

Good Afternoon Seniors,

I have a query regarding minimum wages for contract labor - is it the same as for the workers or is there a change?

Minimum Wages in Rajasthan:
- Unskilled - 100 Rs
- Semiskilled - 107 Rs
- Skilled - 115 Rs

I am curious if these rates apply to contract labor as well. Additionally, what factors should we consider when entering into contracts with contract laborers?

Minimum rates of wages as fixed by the Rajasthan Govt. for different scheduled employments are the same for contract workers/employees and that of workers/employees employed by the principal employers.
