The Labour Welfare Fund Act is a State Act. Different welfare schemes are being run by the state Labour Welfare Board. You have not mentioned the name of the State/UT. Most of the State Governments have provided details of these welfare schemes on the website of their labor department, or you can find them on the site of the respective Labour Welfare Board. Employees can also visit their nearest labor office to gain knowledge about these welfare schemes.
