Registration For Hotel & Guest House Operators In Gurgaon(Haryana)

We are a Pvt Ltd Co running Service Apartments ( Guest House) in Gurgaon. we are regd under Punjab & Haryana Shop & Establishment Act. However , when we have to approach FRRO for filing Form 'C' then they ask us to obtain one more regn meant for Hotel & Guest house operators in Gurgaon ( Haryana). What is that regn and where to approach ?
