In any firm, the time devoted doesn't matter. All that matters is the productivity. What kind of HR and leave policy will you formulate to ensure discipline and timeline working along with increased productivity?

You need to first formulate the time adherence policy that should be implemented. This ensures that an employee adheres to their work hours. However, this alone will not guarantee productivity. You should also focus on steps such as employee engagement, employee motivation, etc.
