Consolidate Salary

Der Seniors,
Consolidate salary covered with pf & ESI? and probation period for six months consolidate salary have fixed in our org. So they are eligible for PF & ESI?
Please help me out.

If you are covering salary with PF and ESI, it is natural that employee becomes eligible for these benefits.

Dear Seniors,
We started a company of printing & logisitics. We have appointed 15 employees for currently. In their offer letters they have metnioned consolidated salary amount and probation for a period of 6 months.
So that 15 employees are eligibale for PF & ESI.
