Start With Labour Law - Ppt Download

Hi,
I want to start with labour law, please suggest which book is very useful and in simple language.
as now lots of return has to be submit under contract labour law, please guide for the all returns and register needs to be maintain and their's last dates.

Industrial Law by Sh. P L Malik & Labour Law related books written by Sh. H L Kumar will help you in having knowledge on various labour laws. Registers & returns are governed by the Central or State Rules on the Contract Labour (R&A) Act & therefore first decide whichever is applicable in your case & then go through those Rules for having formats for returns & registers. As far as the matter of sending returns relates there is only one return i.e. annual return which is to be submitted by the Principal employer to the Registering Officer & the contractor is to send half yearly returns to the Licensing Officer of the area.Last date of submission of returns is also provided in the Rules. We can not change the language of the Act & Rules as enacted by the Appropriate Govt.
