EPF Rate On DC Rate

Dear Sir,
I employer of 50 employees. They are getting DC rate as salary which is Rs. 6110. Now please tell me what will be the epf deduction of employee and employer. Can i break this dc rate into BP and DA etc. Is it legal if i break this into parts. pls suggest.
