Understanding Minimum Wages in Maharashtra: Can We Break It Down by Components?

I just needed to know what the minimum wages are for skilled/unskilled employees in Maharashtra. Can we divide it into basic/HRA/Conveyance?

Please find attached the sheet detailing the current Minimum Wages for all categories and Section 4 under the Minimum Wages Act.

You can't include Conveyance and HRA in minimum wages. It should be Basic + Special Allowance. In the case of HRA, if your company has existed for more than 7 years, then you can.
