The State welfare Acts are applicable in only some states as listed below: Maharashtra, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal, Kerala, Delhi, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab. These are the states where the Labour Welfare fund is applicable.
