Dear Thakur,
The State welfare Acts in only in some states are as under:
Maharashtra, Haryana, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bangal, Kerala, Delhi,
Karntaka, Chatisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab.
These are the State where Labour Welfare fund are applicable.
