Based on the modules offered by the SIS Training Cell program, it seems like a comprehensive training covering various aspects of HR. Considering your friend's experience in the secretarial field and completion of an MBA, this program can indeed be beneficial for her transition into HR. The modules cover essential topics such as labor laws, payroll processing, recruitment, performance management, and advanced Excel skills, which are crucial in the HR domain. It would provide her with a solid foundation and practical exposure to key HR functions. Encourage her to join the program to enhance her skills and knowledge in the HR field.
