Seeking Ideas for Designing an Effective Year-Long In-House Leadership Program

My organization is about to embark on a year-long leadership program that will identify and groom potential leaders over a period of one year through various programs and interventions. I am part of the implementation and design team of this program. I would appreciate it if anyone could share their suggestions on what kind of programs and interventions we can implement.

Dear SK,

For one of my prospective clients, I've recently put forward a proposal for a two-year-long Leadership Development Programme (LDP). Participants will receive training every two months for two days.

Would you like to conduct the training programme along similar lines? You have the option to outsource the entire LDP to me. The LDP requires a thorough study of the organization. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. I recommend considering my proposal as you will directly engage with training professionals without any mediators in between.
