Struggling to Find the Registering Officer's Address for Construction Project Registration? Can Anyone Help?

According to the BOCW Act 1996, the employer should register itself for construction work (as per conditions), and the application is to be made to the Registering Officer. I want to know what the actual address of the Registering Officer is and under which Ministry this officer is working. I have extensively searched the Ministry of Labour but have been unable to find the information. Please, if anybody could help or suggest, it would be highly appreciated.

The BOCW Act is enforced by the Labour Department. Therefore, first determine whether your appropriate government is Central or State, and then visit the nearest office to inquire about the applicability of this Act in that state and the Regional Officer of the area.
