Please suggest your new innovative ideas for attrition reduction plan. Below are a few reasons for attrition:

1) Late seating / unreasonable workload
2) Management involvement
3) Dissatisfaction about job profile

Rather than knowing the reasons, find the solution. Below are some options to reduce the attrition rate:

Involvement of Family - for example, Mediclaim insurance for families, inviting family members to the workstation or office premises, etc.

Planning and Showcasing future benefits to the employee, for example, paying variable pay at the end of each quarter, conducting appraisals half-yearly, providing some reimbursements in between, arranging training sessions, and assigning additional responsibilities. This way, if an employee is planning to quit, they will have to lose something. For instance, if an employee plans to quit in January, they will either lose their reimbursement or variable pay in March, or they will lose their increment after the March appraisal. Such a plan would require an excellent HR strategy.
