Curious About ESIC Deductions? Let's Discuss Current Rates and Limits Together

Please advise me about ESIC. What is the current rate of deduction and the maximum amount to deduct? I am sharing with you some information from Dainik Jagran newspaper; it is really interesting.

Current rate is Rs. 10,000 or less (Basic + DA + HRA + other earnings) salary. 1.75% from the employee side and 4.75% from the employer side.

First, you need to clarify what you want. Do you need the contribution percentages of an employee and an employer for ESIC?

In the present scenario, if an employee's salary is up to Rs. 10,000.00, then they are eligible for ESIC contribution. 1.75% will be deducted from their salary, and 4.75% will be contributed by the employer.
