Currently, I am working at Ericsson with almost 4 years of experience and a package of 3.1 l.p.a. I personally think this package is less compared to the market, especially considering that freshers are getting more than 3.5 l.p.a. Our annual discussion is about to take place. Please guide me on this. Our manager conducts the review, and the details are then sent to HR. Whom do I need to contact if necessary? Should I wait for the discussion and bring it up then, or should I address it before the final discussion?
