Seeking the Best Retention Policies in Today's Corporate World – Any Insights?

Hi,

Can anybody suggest the best retention policy used by corporate sectors in today's world? I think the IT sector has the best retention policy currently. If anybody has it, please forward it.

Thanks,

Dear RK Sinha,

If the IT sector had the best retention policy, it would not have experienced attrition at the highest level. To retain your employees, you need to go back to basics. I have come across many companies that have an inclination to use American management jargon but do not address Indian labor laws well!

Employee retention is a result of your organization's culture. Build an organizational culture that is conducive to retention and see the change!

Hi Dinesh,

Thank you for sharing your valuable views. I understand that we need to focus on the basics to retain our best employees, but could you please suggest the best retention policy we have in place?

Hello RK Sinha:

The best employee retention policy is one that will be adopted and works. Our 50,000+ clients find that hiring competent employees who also have a maximum talent for the job increases employee retention and boosts new hire productivity. How do you measure talent?

Hi Bob,

I don't know about the private sector talents, but I can tell you about the government sector talent; it's mainly based on degrees and diplomas. Having many degrees and diplomas means you are very talented in the government sector.

Could you please share some retention articles with me as I am working on a project regarding retention policy?

With regards,

Hello, RK Sinha:

I don't know about the private sector talents, but I can tell you about the Government sector talent; it's merely based on the degrees and diplomas. Unfortunately, neither is talent.

Many degrees and diplomas mean you are very much talented in the Government Sector. Yes, I believe you are correct, but it just means you are well-educated.

Can you share some retention articles with me as I am working on the project regarding retention policy?

Is this for school or work?
