Maybe you can check on PayScale - Salary Comparison, Salary Survey, Wages. I am not sure if they charge something. You can just try a sample.

I feel nobody will share the report that easily. Moreover, it has to be relevant to your industry, sector, segment, etc. You will have to conduct your survey or engage an expert consultant in the salary survey field. I suggest the consultancy 'Cerebrus Consultants' in Mumbai and Pune. They also operate in other locations. You will need to invest both time and money to obtain quality inputs.
