It is again made clear that as Punjab Factory Rules, 1952 as applicable to the State of Haryana we are to deposit the renewal of factory licence application alongwith the prescribed fees with the CIF, Haryana, Chandigarh/ ACIF, NCR,Gurgaon(Haryana) as the case be by 1st of December of the preceding year for which the licence is to be renewed.

Plz go through your State Factory Rules. In general the last date of submission of this renewal fee & Form 2 is 1st of December.

Renewal of Factory License is on 31st October, every year. You can also renew for 3 years, if you wish.

Dear Seniors,
i have just transferred to plant location from corporate office & dont have any exposure of the same excet few word of mouth
Plant license from Chief Insp of F&B issued 150 person to our plant.(Inculding contractual & on rolls)
Current status of manpower strength is 100 maximum in day during previosu year.(as per our gate register of 24 hrs turnover of manpower)
We are having validityu of existing license valid till dec 2010.
Kindly guide me that how can i get the updated license with a strength of 750(Proposed maximum manpower in upcoming year-2011/12/13) by our factory manager.
Can this license be taken for 3 years in one instance.
Your early suggestion would be a great help.

Which of the State Factory Rules directs us to deposit the application for renewal of factory licence along with the required renewal fee upto 31st October? Without mentioning the name of the State how one can know that which state rules say so ?

Dear HRs
Request you to give me the details of curren fees structure for renewal of licence in Tamil Nadu State and also Central Government for a factory situated in Tamil Nadu State.
Is any refundable fees per employee is payable as deposit.
Request the above details under the Factories Act (TN Rules 1950) and Central and Tamil Nadu State contract labour Act.
