Night Shift Dilemma: How Can We Get Approval for Women Operators?

We are an assembling unit where the production work will be carried out by women operators. We are interested in running the third shift, i.e., the night shift. Could we obtain permission to have women operators work during the night shift? What is the process for this? Can anybody guide me?

To proceed, approach the office of your State Chief Inspector Of Factories and submit the application after understanding the necessary conditions for women workers to work the night shift.
