Organizing A Picnic - Pdf Download

Hey All,
I am an HR (Company located in Mumbai) and this is the first time I would be organising a one day picnic for my colleagues. We want it to be adventurous, hence we are cutting down on the option of water parks. There is no problem of transport, hence we are open to going out of Mumbai too. Wanting to spend more of time together at the place and less on travelling, could you pls suggest some places and events for the same.
Our strength is small and the ratio of girls is very less. I received a tremendous response when we celebrated Diwali at work. Being the only person in HR, I want this too, to be a remembrance. This is the first time all would be going out together as a team.
Need your valuable advice.

thank you for all the above replies. however, are we all trying to make business out of this. none of the replies actually answer my qts. i would say JOE04 has atleast mentioned few ideas.
one of my frnd has suggested to get started with a company, which eventually has turned out to be his own line.....
