Understanding Compensation: How Reliable Is the Data We Use for Comparisons?

NAVAID
Hi Friends,

Find the PDF file giving you the background and theory behind compensation. The authenticity of data is always questionable since organizations may not be revealing accurate data most often. But a fair comparison can be done.

All the best,

Hi,

It's unfortunate, but true. People seem to be replying only when their downloads aren't working; the rest download and continue surfing. There's a PowerPoint presentation on "workplace etiquette" in the free downloads section; maybe all of us should read it once and understand the importance of a 'Thank you' and a 'Please.'

Read it, all of you.

Best Regards,
Sridhar
