Shops And Establishment Act - Mining Consultancy?

Hi,
Can anyone help me please if there are any specific leave rules in the Shops and Establishment Act? We are a mining consultancy of 25 people and want to know if we are covered by the Factories Act?

As you do not have any manufacturing activity & therefore you are not covered under the Factories Act, 1948.Go through your State Shops & Establishment Act for coverage & the leave details.
