Is My Job Agreement on Company Letterhead Legally Binding for Two Years?

trader12
Hi all,

I am working with a company as an analyst. At the time of joining, my company did not give me an appointment letter. Now, one day they had me sign an appointment letter on a bond paper with the company's letterhead. I did not realize it was an agreement for two years, but I want to change jobs.

I simply want to know if this kind of agreement, which is on the company's letterhead and not on legal stamp paper, is valid for legal proceedings.

Thank you,

No agreement binding an employee in terms of money is not valid. Agreements are valid only if a company invests money in training the employees.
