Dear Vishal,

Could you please provide the score details, i.e., 1 to 5:

1. What does 1 stand for?
2. What about 2?
3. How about 3?
4. And 4?
5. Lastly, 5?

Additionally, what is the total gross marks, and how many marks does the candidate need to score to meet the eligibility criteria?

Regards,
Jaleel

Dear Jaleel,

Sorry for the late reply.

In general, the grading scale is as follows:
1 stands for Poor
2 stands for Average
3 stands for Good
4 stands for Excellent
5 stands for Outstanding

The total marks available are 30 (with each section worth 5 marks). Eligibility criteria depend on exigency and overall performance in the interview.

Regards,
Vishal Mali
