Sorry for the late reply.
In general, the grading scale is as follows:
1 stands for Poor
2 stands for Average
3 stands for Good
4 stands for Excellent
5 stands for Outstanding
The total marks available are 30 (with each section worth 5 marks). Eligibility criteria depend on exigency and overall performance in the interview.
