Understanding the Labour Welfare Fund: Who Contributes, Who Benefits, and Reporting Essentials?

Please help me understand all about the Labour Welfare Fund. Who should contribute, and who will benefit from it? If we want to generate a report for this, what details should we include to help in MIS?

As I have already mentioned, this is a State Act, and it is not necessary that different states have the same provisions. State Labour Welfare Boards have also announced various welfare facilities for their workers/employees. The definition of the beneficiaries, i.e., worker/employee, may also differ in various states. In these circumstances, it is not possible for me to provide you with general information.
