Labour Welfare Fund, Who Should Contribute, Who'll Be Benefited?

Please help me to understand all about Labour Welfare Fund, who should contribute, who 'll be benefited, if we want to generate a report for this what all details we can bring (should help in MIS)

I want to know generally....like how v 'll get benefit of this fund, who should contribute it... for eg. any salary limit is there for contributing as well as getting benefit of the same...

As I have already told this is a State Act & it is not necessary that different States have same provisions & State Labour Welfare Boards have also announced different welfare facilities for their workers/employees.The definition of the beneficiaries i.e. worker/employee may also be different in different states. In these circumstances it is not possible for me to tell you in general.

I am working for Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are planning to include LWF to the our Payroll module, So If we want to generate reports what all reports will be helpful for the users and as statutory report we need to generate Only Form D or any more reports are there
