Gujarat Govt. resolution fixes Rs. 4500 for five years. When the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, guidelines for the new sixth pay scale suggest giving 5 increments for a Ph.D. (Agri) compared to an M.Sc. (Agri) person who receives Rs. 8000 as pre-revised basic, how should I proceed for justice from the Gujarat Government/Agriculture University? How can I change the resolution?
