Round tables: You can gather set of employees and make them talk about their likes and dislikes, suggestions, feedback with their management team
Happy World Initiatives: Here you can take initiatives and make the employees come forward for a good cause which will give them lot of satisfaction like:
Make the employees meet the people in Old Age Home and spend half day at their place on Parents' day or Father's Day etc
Get the orphanage kids and let them play and go through the complete organization (If your policy allows) and have fun
Work Life Balance:
Like wise contribute clothes, books and other material to the NGOs
Keen on Green Programs, Yoga Classes, Physical exercise, initiating Baby care center at your place (if no constraints) etc.,
