Here is the format Mehra. Format this letter using your new employee details, take a print out on the letter head, get it signed from your HR Head, scan it and send it across to everyone.
You can even add the following - Certifications, Any Membership holder, Sports person, Classical dancer etc..

I have a dought in my mind that i want to share with you i am confused that if we are hiring someone on contract for a particuler of time then he would be eligible for PF and ESI if he is getting Rs.2000/month.
Please suggest me.

Dear Mehra,
As i know who is getting 10,000 or less then that will be eligible for ESI, and PF will be depend on basic salary if anybody basic salary is 6500 or less than who will be entitled for PF but if his basic is more than 6500 then PF wll depend on employer choice.
Please clear the doubt.

Where is it mention if anybody is getting lessthan 5000 will not be eligible for PF and ESI.
